We don't just repair them, we take care of them!

*Please print out the REPAIR FORM, and include with your pipe*

 

Please package your pipe in a shipping container of suitable size in a sturdy box. Please do not send pipe in its original gift box, as it could be crushed in shipment.  Please send the whole pipe.  Make sure to remove your bit from the shank  when packing it up.  Be sure to cushion the pipe well, and enclose the repair form with your name, address, phone number/email,

and a brief description of the repairs you wish to be done.

*We accept check/money orders, and direct debits for payment*

To send your pipe to us, we recommend either UPS, (which you can ship by visiting your local UPS Store) or US Mail.

When your pipe is ready for shipping home to you -  upon receipt of payment for the service and shipping - it is then returned to you via the method in which it was sent. 
Under normal circumstances, repairs usually take about a week.
