Our Customers

-Customer Photos-
What is a Customer?
A customer is the most important person in any business.
A customer is not dependent on us. We are dependent on them.
A customer is not an interruption of our work.  They are the purpose of it.
A customer does us a favor when they come in.  We aren't doing them a favor by waiting on them.
A customer is part of our business - not an outsider.  A customer is not just money in the cash register.
They are human beings with feelings and deserve to be treated with respect.
A customer is a person who comes to us with his needs and his wants.  It is our job to fill them.
A customer deserves the most courteous attention we can give them.  They are the lifeblood of this and every business.
Thank you,
J.M. Boswell's Pipe and Tobacco

Good friends John and Bill gave us a huge PIPE to hang in our front window for display.
Now all it needs is Bear Blend. Thank You Both So Much!

Richard Weinerman, from way up north in Minnesota, is a loyal and devoted Northwoods guy. (He's also really nice and great to talk to on the phone when he orders!)

Here's  Richard's thoughts on our Northwoods:

"A campfire,a walk in the woods on a fall day, being out in the wilderness, all these inspire the experience and joy of this remarkable blend that calls to our adventurous and pioneering side.A fabulous, delicious and wonderful blend that is very relaxing and brings out the true camper, woodsman and adventurer.

Life isn't complete with out trying this unique blend."

We completely agree! Thank you Richard!
