Repair Guide

Please fill out the repair form.
Please package your pipe in a shipping container of suitable size in a sturdy box. Please do not send pipe in its original gift box, as it could be crushed in shipment. Please send the whole pipe. Make sure to remove your bit from the shank when packing it up. Be sure to cushion the pipe well.

When your pipe is ready for shipping home to you - upon receipt of payment for the service and shipping - it is then returned to you via USPS.
Please note that J.M. does not replace screw in stems or repair filtered pipes.

Under normal circumstances, repairs usually take about a week to 10 days.
