J.M. took some time on this one, and wanted to bring back an Old School Blend but without the bite to it. It went through a lot of customer testing in the Alexandria store and J.M. truly enjoyed blending and Smoking this one, Old School really brought him back to the beginning.
Ribbon Cut Burley and some added Virginias to just make this blend Smooth and delightful.

DANG! Just when I think I found my favorites of yours, then my list gets longer. This is truly a masterful blend that does not hide its intentions to the smoker OR those around him/her. It is what it is: a tobacco taste….no exotic leaves from other planets…..no casings or flavorings. It is best described by my 7 year old grandson…..”Papa’s pipe”! I can think of no higher honor to bestow upon this blend. Truly a work of art….simple, yet to the point. I’m hooked!

First star; she who must be obeyed says she approves maybe even likes the room note. Star two; a mild cocoa start that progresses and grows in strength and nutty flavor. Star three; no apparent bight no mater who much i abuse it, i have lousy pipe etiquette Star four; Satisfying level of nicotine, i don’t find the need for a larger pipe. Star five, I really enjoy the flavors, not so complicated to be muddy not so shallow to be boring. I like this one.
