The “157” is Comoy’s self-described “Sit Easy” flat-bottomed Billiard: a Barrel-like Poker shape with a flattened base to ensure a stable sitter. This one happens to be of a patent dating from 1933 to 1945, and from the incredibly desirable “Grand Slam” line, making this an absolute find for collectors.
