The Craftsman Series’ style was a familiar one, albeit with one conspicuous addition. Fans of the Dracula series will certainly recognize this jet-black sandblast and black-and-red stem combo; the sterling silver mounts, however, are something normally found elsewhere, on the Spigot series.
Though Craftsman series pipes do not wear shape-number stamps, its not that difficult to recognize Peterson’s iconic Bell Calabash/Dublin design, in this case in the handy, but still pretty good-sized “305” version. The 305 is of course normally a System pipe, and this one does indeed have System drilling.
