J.M. has been repairing and restoring all brands and styles of pipes for over 45 years. We understand that your pipes are a cherished companion or family heirloom, and we take great pride in keeping them in good condition. Rest assured, your pipe is in expert hands!

Repair Guide

  1. Please fill out the repair form.
  2. Please package your pipe in a shipping container of suitable size in a sturdy box. Please do not send pipe in its original gift box, as it could be crushed in shipment. Please send the whole pipe. Make sure to remove your bit from the shank when packing it up. Be sure to cushion the pipe well.
  3. Mail your pipe & enclosed repair form to:

  4. When repairs are complete, you will receive an email with instructions containing how to pay for your repairs.
  5. When your pipe is ready for shipping home to you - upon receipt of payment for the service and shipping - it is then returned to you via USPS.

Under normal circumstances, repairs usually take about a week.
