MIGHTY smoke that J.M. has been crafting since 1976. J.M. has a fondness for naming his pipes. I asked J.M. why he named this a Nose-Warmer. This was over 25 years ago, when we first went online. I needed to type up a pipe description for this unique Boswell pipe that J.M. made for our Pipes for Sale page. J.M. had explained he named it a Nose-Warmer pipe. “Well, it makes my nose warm when I smoke it. Hence the Nose-Warmer!”
