I’m a fan of Navy Flake blends. I’m giving this 4 stars as I consider 5 stars to be at the holy grail level, which may or may not exist But what you have here is a very pleasant smoke, with just the right balance of mildly sweet virginia plus perique and the additional touch of rum added. Medium bodied with a medium nicotine level, and not harsh or sharp as some VAPers can be, but not lacking in flavor either. Worth trying, and the price is favorable.
